Battlestar sucked. Shouldn't have lasted past season 1. You're right on there. Firefly was awesome and deserved more of a chance. Right on again. And while I can't say from personal experience, I hear that Twin Peaks met a similar fate. While I stand by the prime time pass (which I pulled out only as a defensive parry), I could argue all day long how LOST was great even with that crutch. But again, it was a show that just happened to be made for me. Not sure if anyone reading the slowdown cares, but I'm still on the fence about the finale though. I didn't dislike it. But it was missed opportunity for sure. They went all emotion (which was superb, made me tear up), but I was expecting and hoping for a major Kaiser Sose/Sixth Sense shocker that would have people talking around the water cooler for months to come. They could have accomplished both, but chose not to. I respect their decision, but don't really like it. Most fans I've talked to agree with this sentiment. I like your approach to the songs I sent you. Funny. It's actually quite appropriate given that I sent that as a playlist that may envoke Iron & Wine. Not meant to stand alone as a playlist, only to suplement or enhance your mix tape. Isn't Elliot Smith not-so-new though? Ron Sexsmith is similar and more recent I think. I digress.
